| Activity report |
Necessary documents to be submitted for publication:
- official address presenting the legal basis for the publication in the Official Journal, Part III;
- the activity report, both on paper, stamped and signed by the authorized representative, and in electronic format, (edited in Word, with diacritical marks) to the
e-mail addresses publicari_acte@ramo.ro and redactia2@ramo.ro; if the activity report can not be sent by mail, please attach to the document a CD or a disk, where the text to be published can be found, under the conditions mentioned above;
- the document of the publication fee payment.
The documents can be handed in personally to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters or sent by fax or by post.
The publication fee is of 60 lei/manuscript page, and if the report comprises data presented in tabular form, the fee for a table row is of 5 lei.
For the documents sent by fax or by post an account with the payment on due date will be issued, the fee being paid when the account is received by post.
An activity report will have to include the following standard elements:
(according to annex 6 to the Rules of Procedure approved by Government Decision no. 123/2002)
1. authority or public institution mission, as well as the objectives that had to be met during the reporting period;
2. performance ratio, with the presentation of their degree of realization;
3. short account of the unfolded programmes and their way of reference to the authority or public institution objectives;
4. expenditure report, shared according to each programme;
5. failures, mentioning their reasons (where appropriate);
6. propositions for rectifying deficiencies.
