You lost this document and the law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III?
This is what you have to do:
- you either delegate a person to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters where you will hand in the application for publication and pay the publication fee of lei 15 /document.
In 24 hours at the latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying lei 0,3.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the proof of the publication fee payment and the equivalent value of the journal copy (lei 15, 3 in total).
After the loss publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in the application.
Notes:
A certificate from the issuing master’s office has to be appended to the application form.
Legal basis
Order no. 583/2004 of the minister of Transports, Constructions and Tourism regarding the record of ships which hoist the Romanian flag and the record of ships which are being built in the shipyards from the Romanian territory, the approval of the form and content of the registration books and of the ships record books, of the procedures regarding the record of ships which are being built, the granting, suspension, and revocation of the right to hoist the Romanian flag, the registration, ships record keeping controls, the transcription of movable real rights and/or loads on ships, as well as the form and content of the application forms.
