You lost this document and the law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III?
This is what you have to do:
- you either delegate a person to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters where you will hand in the application for publication and pay the publication fee of lei 15 /document.
In 24 hours at the latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying lei 0, 3.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the proof of the publication fee payment and the equivalent value of the journal copy (lei 15, 3 in total).
After the loss publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in the application.
Notes:
The application form has to be stamped and signed by the legal representative of the legal person; for trading companies the application should bear a registration number and date.

- Government Decision no. 831/1997 for the approval of the common forms models regarding the financial and book-keeping activity and that of methodological norms on their elaboration and employment (published in the Official Journal, Part I, no. 368/19.12.1997);
- Order nr. 2055/1998 regarding the adequate enforcement of Government Decision no. 831/1997 (published in the Official Journal, Part I, nr. 442/20.11.1998).
