| For public office vacancies |
Documents required for the publication of notices regarding the competition for public office vacancies:
- An official address which shall present the legal basis for the publication of notices in the Official Journal, Part III, mentioning the fiscal code and the day of publication, with the observance of the legal term;
- The competition notice for filling the vacancy, stamped and signed by the certified representative;
- A copy of the opinion of the National Agency of Public Servants, if applicable.
Documents may either be filed directly at the CVPR (Sales & Public Relations Center), or be transmitted by fax; in the latter case, the text of the competition notice shall be also transmitted by mail, in Word, with diacritical marks, at concursurifp@ramo.ro.
Note!
The terms provided by law do not include the day of publication or the day of the competition.
You are required to send the notice within 3 days, in order to ensure processing and publishing with the observance of the term provided by law.
The notice shall not include the bibliography.
The publication fee is 65 lei for each 32 lines (manuscript page).
For the announcement registration, a bill matures within 10 days which will be delivered by post and, subsequently, you will receive a copy of the Official Journal with the published notice.
The cost of the paper is included in the invoice.
Rules regarding the publication deadline:
The notice concerning the competition is published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III, as well as in a paper with a wide circulation, within at least 30 days before the day of the competition.
Exceptions from the publication deadline:
1. By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 51* of Law No.188/1999 on the Statute of Public Servants, republished, with the subsequent amendments and completions, the competition terms for public office vacancies, provided for in Article 1 are published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III, within at least 30 days before the day of the competition. (G.E.O. No. 16/2007 – Article 2, paragraph 1);
2. By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 511*, paragraph 4 of the Law No. 188/1999 on the Statute of Public Servants, republished, with the subsequent amendments and completions, for the competitions organized by the Ministry of Public Finance and the institutions subordinated thereof, the competition terms for public office vacancies, provided for in paragraph 2 are published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III, within at least 10 days before the day of the competition. (G.E.O. No. 21/2007 – Article 3, paragraph 4);
3. The authority or public institution, whose staffing schedules include the temporary vacancy of executive public office, and require the organization of competition, is bound to publish the competition terms for the filling of the temporary vacancy of executive public offices in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III, as well as in a paper with a wide circulation, within at least 8 days before the day of the competition. (Order No. 7100/2006 of the President of the National Agency of Public Servants – Article 3, paragraph 1.
*When republishing the Law No. 188/1999 on the Statute of Public Servants, Article 51 became Article 57 (the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, No. 365/2007).

- G.E.O. No. 16/2007 regarding the approval of some budgetary-financial measures on 2007.
