these fields, respectively in the production, designing, setup and maintenance
of alarm systems.
You lost this document and the
law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III?
This is what you have to do:
- you either delegate a person to the Sales and Public Relations Center
headquarters where he will hand in the application for publication, accompanied
by the certificate from the issuing police body, and pay the publication fee of
20 lei /document.
In 24 hours at the
latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying
0, 4 lei.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the certificate
from the issuing police body and the proof of the publication fee payment and
the equivalent value of the journal copy (20,4 lei in total).
After the loss
publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in
the application.
Notes:
The application has to be stamped and signed
by the legal representative of the legal person and has to bear a registration
number and date.

1010/2004 regarding the application norms of the Law no. 333/2003 – article 14,
paragraph (3) – Annex 1 and article 18, paragraph (2) – Annex 2.
