At the beginning of 2003, our company implemented a Computer-to-Plate Heidelberg Topsetter system in thermal imaging, which supports automatic plate processing and images 20 plates per hour; it also has a multi-cassette loader (MCL) by four cassettes.
In 2005, we purchased a new addition of the Computer-to-Plate Heidelberg Topsetter system, PF 102, with four cassettes, each holding 100 plates, having a capacity of 21 plates per hour, and 2,400 dpi image resolution.
In using the PDF-type of files, the digital proofing systems are supported by HP 10, HP 1050 and HP 5500 printers.
Apart from this system, we also make use of the traditional system of montage and production technology which enables the printing of the Official Gazette, and sometimes of books, the developing being supported by the analogue plates Bacher and Degra.
