You lost one of these documents of special regime, and the law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III
This is what you have to do:
- you either delegate a person to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters where you will hand in the application for publication and pay the publication fee of lei 15 /document.
In 24 hours at the latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying lei 0,3.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the proof of the publication fee payment and the equivalent value of the journal copy (lei 15, 3 in total).
After the loss publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in the application.
Notes:
The application should be stamped and sealed by the legal representative of the legal person; for trading companies, it should bear a registration number and date.
Legal basis
- Law No. 26/1996 – Article 44, paragraph 1;
- Order No. 33/2002 of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry for the approval of the Regulations on the making and using of the forest hammers as assets of the structures at the level of forestry, necessary for the management of both private and public forests, belonging to the communes, towns, and municipalities;
- Order No. 85/2002 for the approval of the Regulations on the making and using of the forest hammers by the forestry personnel within the central public authority in charge with forestry;
- Order No. 758/2004 for the approval of the Technical Rules on the making and using of the round, carved, or squared wood material marking devices.
