THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL, PART VII
- the conclusion drawn up bu the assigned judge for the registration of the cooperative company to the Trade Registry, according to Law no. 1/2005;
- the court decision for the declaration of the company’s voidness, in certificate form (Article 20);
- the decisions of the general assembly, in case they entail the amendment of the constitutive document, only the addendum with the complete text of the amended provisions can be published (Article 44 paragraph 1);
- the peremptory court decision of defeasance of the general assembly decision (Article 44 paragraph 7);the general assembly decisions wherethrough the annual financial situation is approved (Article 72);
- the general assembly decisions for the increase of the social capital, if the increment is bigger than 10% (Article 75 paragraph 4);
- the project of merger or division, certified by the assigned judge (Article 78 paragraph 3);
- the document amending the constitutive document of the incorporating company, certified by the assigned judge (Article 80 paragraph 2);
- the dissolution of the cooperative company (Article 83);
- the document for the appointing of liquidators, as well as any other document that would determine their amendment (Article 85 paragraph 2)
*In accordance with the Law no. 1/2005 on the organization and functioning of the company, the documents are forwarded for publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part VII, by means of the Official Trade Register.
