7. Bonds issued by the Ministry of Education and Research for the procurement of computers – Government Decision No. 1294/2004 on the approval of the Rules of Procedure for the enforcement of Law No. 269/2004 concerning the granting of a financial aid with a view to stimulate the computer procurement – Article 23;
8. Bonds issued by the Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family for the granting of the aid for heating the dwellings – Government Emergency Ordinance No. 5/2003 concerning the granting of facilities for heating the dwellings, as well as other aids for thermal energy payment – Article 1623, paragraph 1.
