The system registration procedure of the contracting authorities/collaborators includes the following compulsory steps:

1. Filling in the online form with the data of the contracting authorities/collaborators
2. Transmission of the registration request signed by the legal representative of the contracting authority/collaborator or by the person commissioned to represent the contracting authority/collaborator in relations with third parties (by fax or online)
3. Electronic transmission by Monitorul Oficial R.A. of a confirmation regarding the validation of user account

1. Filling in of CA/collaborator data
•  There shall be accessed the “new user” link from the main page of the portal, which leads to "Terms and conditions", for which you should express your agreement in order to get to the next step
•  Following your agreement, you will reach the "User creation" page, to be filled in with the required data, also selecting the option “Contracting authority”/ “Internal collaborator” / “External collaborator”, in connection with the position in which one should ask for the system registration
•  Following the introduction of the displayed code and saving, one should go to the section of “Contracting authority”/ “Internal collaborator” / “External collaborator”, where shall be mentioned:
          • denomination of authority/collaborator
          • seat
          • Fiscal Code
          • registration number with Trade Registry Office, where appropriate
          • Bank account/Treasury
          • telephone/fax number, e-mail address
          • name and position of the legal representative of the authority/collaborator
          • name of contact person
          • telephone number, e-mail address of contact person

2. The registration request shall be transmitted to Monitorul Oficial R.A. under the signature and stamp of the legal representative authority/collaborator by fax/post/ electronically.

3. Following the checking of the information included in the registration request with the data entered in the online publication system, the user shall be validated and saved in the database, while the authority/collaborator shall be sent by e-mail, a message of validation or a notification for the rectification of the inconstancies noticed.

NOTE: The user may declare subsidiaries, such as:
a) branches, agencies, authorities associated with the contracting authority
b) various contracting authorities for which the external collaborators of Monitorul Oficial R.A. mediate the publication, based on a contract of services provision, previously signed
