You lost this document and the law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III?
This is what you have to do:
- you either personally come to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters where you will hand in the application for publication and pay the publication fee of lei 15 /document.
In 24 hours at the latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying lei 0, 3.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the proof of the publication fee payment and the equivalent value of the journal copy (lei 15, 3 in total).
After the loss publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in the application.
Notes:
If the notice is made by other person than the owner of the document, his/her position has to be mentioned in the application form and the document which proves this position has to be appended, in original or in duplicate.
A certificate from the issuing commission has to be appended.
Legal basis
Government Decision no. 890/2005 for the approval of the regulations regarding the constitution procedure, the competences and working of the commissions for the establishment of the private property right on fields, of the model and way of assignment of property deeds, as well as the induction of the owners.
