You lost this document and the law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III?
This is what you have to do:
- you either personally come to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters where you will hand in the application for publication and pay the publication fee of lei 15 /document.
In 24 hours at the latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying lei 0, 3.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the proof of the publication fee payment and the equivalent value of the journal copy (lei 15, 3 in total).
After the loss publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in the application.
Legal basis
Order no. 1125/25.10.2005 of the Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development minister regarding the approval of the shooting licence model and the Regulations regarding the printing, administration, distribution, issuance and cancellation of the shooting licence (published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 1005/14.11.2005) – Chapter III, Article 6, paragraph 4, letter C from the Regulations.
