You lost one of these documents and the law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III?
This is what you have to do:
- you either delegate a person to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters where you will hand in the application for publication and pay the publication fee of lei 15 /document.
In 24 hours at the latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying lei 0, 3.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the proof of the publication fee payment and the equivalent value of the journal copy (lei 15, 3 in total).
After the loss publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in the application.
Notes:
The application has to be stamped and signed by the legal representative of the legal person; for trading companies the application form should bear a registration number and date.

Order no. 1892/17.10.2006 of the minister of Transports, Constructions and Tourism for the approval of the Norms regarding the organization and performance of road transportations and their related activities – Article 13, paragraph 2, Article 29, paragraph 2, Article 63, paragraph 2, Article 78, paragraph 2, Article 88, paragraph 2, Article 99, paragraph 2.
