You lost this document and the law stipulates its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part III?
This is what you have to do:
- you either personally come to the Sales and Public Relations Center headquarters where you will hand in the application for publication and pay the publication fee of lei 15 /document.
In 24 hours at the latest you will get hold of the copy in which the loss was published, by paying lei 0, 3.
- or send the application by post, enclosing the proof of the publication fee payment and the equivalent value of the journal copy (lei 15, 3 in total).
After the loss publication, the journal copy will be sent by post to the address mentioned in the application.
Notes:
- a duplicate of the document/ a certificate of the underwriter/ a duplicate of the notarial declaration can be appended to the application form;
- the application form is completed with the information about the owner of the document (name, the present domicile), mention being made of the name on which the document was issued and the name of the issuing body at the date when the document was issued (the information is obtained from the institution where the document was issued).
Legal basis
Decree no. 92/1976 – Article 9, paragraph 2; they shall be published until January 1, 2009, in compliance with the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 55/2006 for the amendment and completion of the Law no. 53/2003 – Labour Code.
